Lis Richard is an educator of 35 years including teacher, administrator, superintendent and trainer. She is a passionate leader who loves to invest in others. She believes it is a calling in her life. She holds two undergraduate degrees in education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She is an accomplished author.

Lis Richard has been a champion of charter schools in Colorado for many years. She has assisted schools with application and founding and has been both principal and education director of a prominent Colorado charter school. Further, as a superintendent and assistant superintendent of multiple Colorado school districts over the years, she has broadened awareness of and priority for school choice. She has also served on the board of a BOCES that focuses on expanding school choice.
